Break the Rules...what does it really mean and who are we?
At its core it simply means to “think outside the box”. In other words do not follow the herd and adapt your workouts according to how your body feels and how your body responds. Try not to get stuck in the “motions” of doing a workout because your comfortable with it. Break the rules by changing the number of sets, reps, the weight loads and by varying the exercise routines. Constantly change things, by pushing yourself with varying weight ranges, rep ranges, exercise routines and by simply changing the order of any routines. Mix it up...it keeps things interesting and keeps the body primed for building, repairing and burning fuel. Shocking the body by breaking the rules equals change....and change is good!
We are a small, friendly and fully equipped gym facility , aimed at users who understand and value the importance of using the right equipment to get the job done effectively and efficiently.
All of our resistance equipment has been designed and built to enable you to not only target specific muscles groups but also to isolate each side of the body, allowing for a truly balanced and symmetrical physical development.

Free Weight Dumbells 1-50KG
Plate Loaded Machines: Two Smith Machines with Olympic Barbell Racks. Leverage Squat Machine,
Ab Crunchie Machine, Preacher Curl Bench, Delt/Peck Fly Machine, Calf Machine, Leg Press (x 2) and Hack Squat.
Benches etc: We have an assortment of benches for flat, incline and decline work. Along with a hyper extension bench and Sit-Up bench.
Cardio Equipment: Life Fitness T5 Treadmill (4 off), Elliptical trainer, cross trainer, stepper, recombinant bike (x2) and rower.
Floor Area: For stretching and floor workouts with additional bands, balls, skipping ropes and lightweight bench and free weight area.
