• Minimum 16 years of age. All sign-ups must please email age identifying photo ID  upon receipt of their confirmation sign-up email to admin@renegadefitness.nz.

• $25.00 swipe card fee is non-refundable

• A $25 swipe card fee applies to all LOST cards.

• All cancellations and suspensions must be emailed to admin@renegadefitness.nz

• 1 weeks emailed notice must be given to cancel the membership and the swipe card/tag must be returned to the letterbox! (All memberships remain active until correctly terminated by the member).
  All outstanding accounts will incur a $15 penalty fee for each dishonoured debit transaction attempt. All collection fees (including solicitor and client costs) incurred in the recovery of such costs will be paid by the member.

• NOTE: Swipe cards issued to members will remain the property of Renegade Fitness Limited and your membership will be treated as active until swipe card is returned. Swipe cards must be returned in the letterbox.

• You agree that in the event of a power outage, water or sewage leak or natural disaster or any other event beyond Renegade Fitness Limited’s control, access to Renegade Fitness Limited Premises may be prevented. In such event Renegade Fitness Limited will not be liable to compensate or reimburse you. For the avoidance of doubt “any other event beyond Renegade Fitness Limited’s” control includes requirements imposed on Renegade Fitness Limited under the New Zealand Government’s COVID-19 protection framework to restrict access to the premises to members who are the holders of vaccination passports only.
