Description

• NO SIGN UP FEES!

• 12 Month Ongoing Contract

• Minimum 12 month period to be fulfilled.

• 24/7 Access (Member must be a minimum of 16 years of age).

• You can only suspend the membership after the minimum 12 month period has passed...for a maximum of 6 weeks in any 12 month period. Suspension periods are not part of the membership term.

• Photo ID required.

• A $25 swipe card fee applies to all NEW/LOST cards.

Special Conditions

• Minimum 16 years of age. All sign-ups must please email age identifying photo ID  upon receipt of their confirmation sign-up email to admin@renegadefitness.nz.

• 1 weeks emailed notice must be given to cancel the membership and the swipe card/tag must be returned to the letterbox! (All memberships remain active until correctly terminated by the member).

• All outstanding accounts will incur a $15 penalty fee for each dishonoured debit transaction attempt. All collection fees (including solicitor and client costs) incurred in the recovery of such costs will be paid by the member.

• No early cancellation permitted in the first 12 months. An early cancellation fee of $150 applies after the minimum term period of 12 months (not including suspensions) has been completed.$150 

• All Cancellations and Suspensions, vaccine certificates and photo ID must be emailed to admin@renegadefitness.nz

• NOTE: Access codes and swipe cards/tags issued to members shall remain confidential and your membership will be treated as active until the membership is properly terminated. Swipe cards must be returned in the letterbox.
