- Beginners introduction into the basic training requirements of resistance weight training and progressive overload aimed at preparing and conditioning the body over a 12 week period. It is anticipated that at the end of the 12 week introduction the trainee should have aquired a basic understanding of how to train safetly and efficently for maximum gains and maximum recovery.
- 24 consecutive High Intensity Weight Training sessions, over a maximum of 12 weeks.
- Membership is non transferable. No refund available.
- $25.00 swipe card fee is non-refundable.

NOTE: Swipe cards issued to members will remain the property of Renegade Fitness Limited and your membership will be treated as active until swipe card is returned. Swipe cards must be returned in the letterbox.
