- You agree that in the event of a power outage, water or sewage leak or natural disaster or any other event beyond Renegade Fitness Limited’s control, access to Renegade Fitness Limited Premises may be prevented. In such event Renegade Fitness Limited will not be liable to compensate or reimburse you. For the avoidance of doubt “any other event beyond Renegade Fitness Limited’s” control includes requirements imposed on Renegade Fitness Limited under the New Zealand Government’s COVID-19 protection framework to restrict access to the premises to members who are the holders of vaccination passports only.
